Q.  Do you have minimum quantity order ?
A.  There is no minimum order. 
Our recommendation is not to order goods with less than four cubic meters in volume. This is due to the initial cost of shipping documentation for the first cubic meter.

Q.  Can you give us idea of the size and volume comparisons for LCL (Less than container load ) and FCL ( Full container load ) shipments ?
A.  To calculate CBM please follow the folowing calculation.
width(cm) x height(cm) x length (cm) then divide that by 1,000,000 and then add into the box by muliplying by 20%
You should then have you box size. However with more than one piece it gets a little more difficult this is why we can estimate but will not know until your goods have been packed expertly by the cargo agent.

Please note that LCL shipments require more packing material to ensure that they are fully protected during the journey. The goods are finally packed into wooden crates for extra protection.
                        
Q.  A 20 ft containers will take approximately 28 cubic standard carton boxes 260-280 to full capacity. 
The 20ft container inner dimensions are 5.99 x 2.34 x 2.38 meters.
Does the Quality of the product displayed in your catalogue match our order?
A.  Yes However as all of these items are "handcrafted", small variations in colour and size will occur.

Q.  Can we change the colour or sizes on some of the items?
A.  YES! You can change the colours on some of the items. The products on display in our catalogue are tried and tested products... but if a different colour is requested... we can not always guarantee the outcome.
Yes you can also change some of the dimensions within reason athough it usually incures a surcharge.

The two sample invoices illustrated here are for LCL (Less container load shipments) and for a FCL (Full container load).

Can you give me a "breakdown" of all the shipping documents required for despatching my goods?

To export to your country you will need:

( 1 ) A Bill of Lading on Airway bill ( issued by carrier )
 ( 2 ) Packing list & invoice ( forwarder / exporter / shipper )
 ( 3 ) Certificate of Origin ( Thailand Department of Trading )
 ( 4 ) Fumigation certificate ( Cargo agent ) 
         These documents are presented on behalf of customer by Beautiful World.

Customer needs to provide details to shipper of:
 ( A ) Address to port of Discharge.
 ( B ) Invoice of goods.
 ( C ) Location of goods from supplier.
 ( D ) Copy passport.

For collection on arrival.

( 1 ) You will be notified as to the ETA (expected time of arrival)
( 2 ) Your documents will be delivered by Courier 7-10 days.
( 3 ) Prior to ETA
( 4 ) We advice you to appoint a clearing agent (re:yellow page)
         for customs clearance and arranging for truck delivery to consignee. 
       (It is possible to clear customs by customer)
